The Jersey Township, Ohio community is mourning the passing of Isaac Aguilera, 18, who passed away following a tragic single-vehicle crash late Monday night on Mink Street near Condit Drive. His sudden passing has left family, friends, and loved ones grieving the loss of a young life taken too soon.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Isaac was driving a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 northbound when the vehicle reportedly crossed left of center, traveled off the roadway, and struck a ditch, tree, fence, and another tree. The impact caused Isaac to be ejected from the vehicle, and he was pronounced dead at the scene despite emergency response efforts.
Two other teenagers, ages 16 and 13, were passengers in the truck during the crash. Both sustained injuries and were transported to Nationwide Children’s Hospital for medical treatment as authorities continued their response.
