The Elizabethtown, Kentucky community continues to mourn the passing of Madisyn Taylor Gardner, 23, who passed away on November 8, 2020, at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown. Her loss brought deep sadness to her family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
Madisyn was a 2015 graduate of Elizabethtown High School and was surrounded by a loving family and a wide circle of friends. She was also cherished by her work family at Buffalo Rings & Wings, where she formed meaningful connections with those around her.
She is survived by her mother, Dawn Jones and her husband Alex of Grovetown, Georgia, and her father, Shawn Gardner and his wife Misty of Elizabethtown. Madisyn also leaves behind siblings, nieces, grandparents, aunts, extended relatives, and close friends who continue to hold her memory close.
Family and friends gathered at Chism Family Funeral Home in Vine Grove for visitation on November 12 and 13, 2020, followed by funeral services on November 13 at the funeral home chapel. Cremation followed the service.
